The Login Security plugin adds an extra layer of protection to your SuiteCRM instance. It helps prevent unauthorized access by restricting logins based on IP addresses or requiring a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the user's email.

If you're concerned about unauthorized access to your SuiteCRM data, this plugin can help. It's particularly useful for:

Blocking known malicious IP addresses: Prevent repeated login attempts from known threats.
Restricting access by location: Allow logins only from specific IP ranges (e.g., your office network).
Adding two-factor authentication: Require an OTP along with the password for increased security.

You can create whitelists and blacklists of IP addresses.

Whitelist:Only the IPs listed are allowed to access SuiteCRM.
Blacklist:The listed IPs are specifically blocked from accessing SuiteCRM.

When enabled, users will receive an OTP via email after entering their correct password. They must enter this OTP to complete the login process. You can also configure settings to trust specific devices so that they don't need an OTP every time.

The plugin is designed to be lightweight and should not have a noticeable impact on your SuiteCRM performance.
