Variance customized Salesforce CRM to create a sales process which included opportunity stages, price books, multi currency implementation.

Variance implemented web-to-lead solution to capture the leads from various public end points. This helped Elatec in tracking their visitors and interest.

Variance evaluated all the business processes and identified some of them and automated them using process builder within Elatec’s sales cycle.

Reports and Dynamic Dashboards were created for individual Sales rep and Managers.

Project Goals

  • Elatec was looking for a robust CRM system that will improve their Sales process, improve their sales rep productivity, generate leads and enhance the overall business revenue.

Challenges

  • Elatec did their sales activities through spread sheets and emails which caused difficulties for the team to track the current status and authority of the opportunities in their pipeline. Manager lacked visibility of the overall sales process.
  • Elatec wanted their prospect data from their website into usable format and assign it to respective sales rep and track the progress of it. Sales managers were not able to see sales rep activities such as email recieved, sent, sms received,sent, phone logged and meeting organized.Also, they were not able to see their sales forecast and data on their fingertip.

Outcomes

Elatec is generating more revenue due to increase in the sales as identifying the prospect early in the sales cycle.

Sales reps are more productive as they were able to see the opportunities with different stages and focusing on the big deals, lead ranking and auto response rules.

Elatec is now able to see drastic reduction in time for preparation of reports and forecast and also able to witness the accuracy of reports and forecast.

Elatec now able to see a 360 degree view of their sales process– each interaction with each prospect is captured, Monthly, Quarterly forecasting is currently correct and also the team is in a position to spot customer’s shopping.

Sales management currently has magnified visibility into the activities of sales reps. they’re currently better in training sales reps on Elatec’s sales method.

Elatec’s management are able to make quick business decisions as they have data on their finger tip with the help of reports and dashboards generated by Variance.
