The client is a Dental industry veteran who has been helping dental clinics for 15 years to improve performance, reduce manual work and increase revenue. The client is a well known speaker and marketing expert who has worked with over 200+ dental clinics and associates.

Challenges

The first and most important question dental clinics need to answer is “how much does a treatment cost? Will my insurance cover it? Do I need to co-pay?” Dental clinics miss 30% of patients when they don’t have a correct answer for this.
Most dental clinics depend on manual processes to verify patient insurance. They work with BPO/KPO which will check patient insurance, talk to insurance carriers, check past treatment during the current year and many other complex parameters to provide details about the remaining insurance amount, treatment copayment or eligibility.
The process is time consuming, costly and sometimes causes manual error as it involves human intervention.

Solutions

A web-based software is built for dentists to verify insurance with a single click. A system that provides dentists with a detailed insurance report with over 600 codes to make your report 100% customizable.
Dentists can configure which insurance provider they work with. The System will fetch over 600 codes and allow dentists to design insurance verification reports that suit their clinics.
Madril and Twilio are integrated to send notifications and voice messages.

The goal was to provide a web based solution using the latest technology with ease of use. Core logic is redesigned in .NET Core Web API as the backend and AngularJs as the front end. Batch processing is implemented with async parallel programming in windows services.
