Electrical Supplier carries a wide range of electric products mainly dealing with Bulbs & Tube Lights & related accessories in the United Kingdom. Their products are available on Amazon as well.

Electric Supplier had a requirement to intact their orders from amazon to sync the Orders from Amazon to their online platform to have a common track point for all.

Challenges

In the old system, orders were manually injected by the Postman API. The challenge was to Sync Orders into the AWS Intact using the schedule task.
The client has their orders divided in three kinds,
1. Single Order with Individual SKU
2. Multiple Orders with Common SKU
3. Single Order with Individual SKU with Multiple Quantity
Based on the order type, the total bill amount calculation part required the team's close attention.

Solution

To auto sync orders into AWS intact, our team implemented the Scheduled task module and Sync Data using scheduled tasks.
This module includes Price analysis based on placed order, quantity of item, assigned SKU for the final invoice.
